Is the try-on accurate?

Not entirely, and we’d rather say so plainly. The image is an AI-generated approximation: it helps you get an idea of how a look combines and suits you, but it doesn’t guarantee the size, fit, drape or exact colour of the real garment.

How do I add clothes to my wardrobe?

Paste the link to a garment from an online store (Mango, Zara, H&M, COS…) or upload a photo or a screenshot. Looka turns it into a clean sticker for your wardrobe.

Which photos of me do I need?

You can upload up to 4 photos of yourself. The AI uses them as reference so the person in the try-on is you. It works best with a front-facing full-body photo and a close-up of your face.

What do you do with my photos?

We only use them to create your try-ons and never to train AI models. You can delete them, along with your account, from Profile → Delete my account. All the details are in the privacy policy.

Do I need an account?

You can start as a guest and get 1 free try-on. After that, create your account with your email: we send you a code to sign in, no passwords.

How much does it cost?

The Free plan includes 3 try-ons a month. Looka Pro costs €4.99/month or €39.99/year (save 33%) and includes unlimited try-ons with fair use of up to 200 a month.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple and Google. On iPhone: Settings → your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Does Looka sell clothes or work with the stores?

No. Looka doesn’t sell clothes and isn’t affiliated with Mango, Zara, H&M, COS or any other brand. When you paste a link, we download the public product page only to create your sticker. If you buy, you buy from the store.

Which languages is it in?

Spanish, English, Catalan and Basque.
